Guiding your team through change

Backstory: We started our company in May 2004 as a web design agency. To support our clients back then, we provided traditional creative services like photography, graphic design and copywriting.

In 2010, we expanded to online marketing and support for more advanced web applications and development projects – we kept doing creative work.

Since then, we have witnessed exponential change in technology; both disruptive and innovative. It has changed our lives, and our careers.

Yet, throughout this change the ability to think creatively remained a common thread. To empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test is the foundation of design thinking and creative problem solving. Thinking creatively is a human capability that supports our resilience and ability to adapt.

In this age of AI, we now have access to technology which can help us learn faster, generate and prototype our ideas and even help us make decisions.

Today: We are -again- adapting how we work because we can do more as individuals than ever before. If you’re anything like us, it’s an exciting moment in time – and at times a bit scary.

If you are feeling the pressure of technology at work or in your business, you are not alone. We want to hear your challenges and help you tackle them.
